The FAA has issued NOTAM FDC 9/7030 canceling any uncontrolled air activities, including model rocketry launches, within 30 miles of Logan tomorrow due to the flights for the VIPs into and out of Logan for the Kennedy funeral.

Finally, a launch where the weather wasn't a factor. There were few clouds and there was almost no wind. We had around 270 flights from 1/8A to G. It was good to see some new flyers along with the usual familiar faces and we hope to see them at future launches.
